When you visit this website, our hosting platform (Webflow) and its underlying infrastructure providers (Amazon Web Services and Fastly) automatically process certain technical data that your browser transmits, including your IP address, the date and time of access, the page requested, and basic information about your browser and device. Because our website is hosted on Webflow with infrastructure provided by Amazon Web Services and Fastly, personal data (in particular IP addresses and server log data) is transferred to and processed in the United States. The United States is considered a third country under EU and Swiss data protection law.

To ensure an adequate level of data protection for these transfers, we rely on the following safeguards:

Webflow, Inc., Amazon Web Services, Inc., and Fastly, Inc. are each certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF) and its UK Extension, and under the Swiss-US Data Privacy Framework. This provides an adequacy basis recognised by the European Commission and the Swiss Federal Council.

In addition, our agreements with these providers incorporate the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) for international data transfers, as supplemented for transfers from Switzerland in accordance with the guidance of the FDPIC.

Each of these providers applies technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data during transmission and storage.
