Luciana Lixandru

Luciana Lixandru is a Partner at Sequoia, where she focuses on enterprise and consumer technology companies across Europe. She is passionate about helping the European technology ecosystem reach its full potential, and over her career she has been fortunate to partner with (and lead) the Series A investments in some of Europe’s most exciting technology companies, including Stark, Pennylane, RobCo, Deliveroo, UiPath, Framer, and Miro, among others. She also sits on the board of Stripe.

Lixandru is passionate about helping founders unlock their potential and think on a global scale. Prior to becoming Sequoia’s first partner in Europe in 2020, she worked at Accel for eight years, and before that held positions at Summit Partners and Morgan Stanley. She has a BSc in Economics and Mathematics from Georgetown University, and resides in London.
