Iryna Terekh

Iryna Terekh is a Ukrainian business leader who serves as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Technology Officer of Fire Point, one of the driving forces behind Ukraine's long-range strike capabilities. She joined the company in 2023 as Director of Production, tasked with building serial manufacturing from the ground up, and went on to serve as CTO before becoming CEO. Under her leadership, Fire Point built the production infrastructure behind the FP-1 deep-strike drone and the FP-5 Flamingo cruise missile, growing from a handful of engineers into a workforce of thousands across multiple facilities.

An engineer-architect by training, Terekh ran a company producing outdoor concrete furniture before entering the defence sector. Recognised by Forbes Ukraine in its 30 Under 30 list, she represents a new generation of Ukrainian industrial leaders, and is a prominent voice in discussions on Europe's rearmament and defence-industrial capacity.
