Annette Mosman

Annette Mosman is Chief Executive Officer of APG Group, the pension services provider of eight Dutch pension funds — including ABP and bpfBOUW — serving 4.6 million participants. Appointed in March 2021 as APG's first female CEO, she was reappointed in March 2025 for a second four-year term. She is currently leading APG through the transition to the Netherlands' renewed pension system.

Mosman joined APG in 2018 as Chief Finance and Risk Officer (CFRO), with responsibility for finance, risk management, IT and data, before taking over as CEO. Previously, she was CEO of Generali Nederland, having joined the insurer's Executive Board as CFRO in 2011. From 2006 to 2009 she was Associate Partner at KPMG Advisory, responsible for CFO advisory services to major banks and insurers. She began her career as an auditor at KPMG Accountants in 1992.

Mosman is a member of the steering committee of the Dutch National Coalition for Financial Health. She was named Top Woman of the Year in the Netherlands in 2022.

Mosman studied Business Economics at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and later completed the postdoctoral programme to qualify as a registered accountant (RA).
